Every return logged in our advanced inventory system on arrival. Condition graded A / B / C with photo documentation for dispute resolution.

Disposition
Grade A → restock. Grade B → repack to your spec ($2.50/unit). Grade C → quarantine. You decide: liquidate, donate, or return to origin.

Reporting
Monthly returns report by SKU and condition. Know your return rate by product and platform — probably for the first time.

Outbound shipping
Billed at our volume-discounted carrier rates — 25–55% below retail UPS, FedEx, and USPS rates. You benefit from our established volume.

You supply your branded boxes, tissue, and inserts. We store and use them. Storage counts toward your space allocation.
